We strive to keep healthcare accessible for those who need it most. Our practice provides bulk-billing for Medicare-eligible consultations for valid Medicare cardholders.

Our Medicare Commitment:

Bulk Billing Available: We will bulk bill Medicare-eligible consultations for:
 

On-the-Spot Rebates: For patients paying a private gap fee, we can process your Medicare rebate on the spot via Medicare Easyclaim, ensuring the funds are returned to your account quickly.

Please be aware that some appointments are NOT bulk billed and will incur private fees, if you are unsure whether your appointment is bulk billed, please check with our reception team prior to your visit.

Note: The policy is $50 if cancellation is not made within 2 hours of the booking

Medicare Billing & Bulk Billing Incentive Program

We strive to keep healthcare accessible for those who need it most. Our practice provides bulk-billing for Medicare-eligible consultations for valid Medicare cardholders.

Our Medicare Commitment:

  • Bulk Billing Available: We will bulk bill Medicare-eligible consultations for:

    • Pensioner Concession Card holders

    • Healthcare Card holders

    • Veteran (DVA) Card holders

    • Children under 16 years of age

    • Seniors aged 70 years and over

If you do not hold a valid Australian Medicare Card (e.g., international visitors, those on certain visas, or those not eligible for Medicare), you are welcome at our clinic as a private patient. Our fees reflect the high standard of care and clinical expertise provided by our team.

Standard Consultation Fees:

  • Level B (Standard Consultation): $85.00

  • Level C (Long Consultation): $130.00

Payment is required in full at the time of your consultation via cash or card.

Non-Medicare & Private Patient Fees

Procedural Fees & Complex Care

While we strive to keep healthcare affordable, some specialised services require significant clinical consumables, sterile equipment, and extended time in our Minor Treatment Room. These services incur a small additional fee to cover these essential costs.

Services with Associated Fees:

  • Full Body Skin Checks: Comprehensive dermoscopy screening and documentation.

  • Surgical Procedures: Including skin cancer removals, biopsies, skin grafts and flaps.

  • Complex Wound Dressings: Use of specialised clinical dressings and dedicated nursing time.

  • Iron Infusions: Managed by our clinical team in our procedural suite.

  • Commercial driving medicals

  • Pre-employment medicals

  • Insurance medicals

  • Implanon insertion and removals

  • Joint injections

  • Nerve blocks (please contact our reception staff to make enquiries)
